The brilliance of the New Zealand experience was beyond our expectations! We are extremely grateful for the incredible hospitality shown each step of the way. Janette Bagley and her team went the extra mile to ensure that our short time in NZ was memorable. I would have to say the highlight of highlights would be Christmas Day on the Doubtful Sound! The overnight experience was special. “You drive” was perfect for us as we toured at our own pace and truly felt welcomed every stop we made. Kiwis are the friendliest people on the planet! Two weeks was not enough, but with our personal itinerary planned out, we made the most of it! Thanks again as we are now calling it the empty nesters honeymoon!!

Chelsea organized our 34 day “North and South and everything in between” tour which all ran very smoothly. Chelsea’s local knowledge of New Zealand, coupled with our interest in visiting places of particular interest to us, made for a varied and very worthwhile itinerary. The standard of accommodation (enabling us mostly to be able to self cater) was very good. The extra activities we chose and which were booked for us were fantastic, especially the helicopter flights and jet boat tours to remoter parts. The whole trip was planned in great detail and was most memorable and successful. Thank you Chelsea for your planning and organization of this trip. We would highly recommend your company, in particular Chelsea, to others.

My overall experience was simply amazing from start to finish. Thank you so much Nicole for the perfect planning of this trip, for your advice, the 2 extra days in Wellington as well as the booking for the Northern Explorer Train and the private transfers from the airports and train stations to the hotels. The kindness of the locals coupled with the stories told by the guides, enchanting places, healthy food, exquisite wines and ideal weather throughout the trip, made it memorable. I highly recommend your expertise to anyone wishing to visit New Zealand.

We had a fantastic trip, the planning support, the app and the choice of activities were first rate. We had excellent service when we needed to change over the car. We will be booking again to see the North Island.

We had a wonderful time on our trip. Nichole did a great job arranging things for us. We were constantly delighted with her choice of accommodations. These were often places we would not likely have found on our own. Brown's Boutique Hotel in Queenstown, and the Millennium Hotel in Taupo were just 2 examples of really great places. Our transfers by ferry and train also went smoothly and enjoyably The activities she arranged were also great. We really enjoyed Hobbiton, Te Papa Museum, and the Wine tour in Blenheim.

We had a wonderful trip and Chelsea Lodge helped us plan the trip exactly the way we wanted. The app was great and very helpful to navigate the tour every day. Our stay in the Wilderness Lodge was amazing. We enjoyed the Doubtful Sound trip very much. Our driver, Nigel made our trip to Milford Sound very enjoyable. Thank you vey much, Chelsea!

Wow. Amazing Trip, Amazing Activities, Amazing Scenery. Every Activity well exceeded expectation. Shelby put together an amazing experience that suited us perfectly. Will definitely be recommending (already have) to our family and friends. We will be back to NZ in years to come.

We can’t say enough about how professional and well-designed our trip was. Every detail was handled with precision, from the route, to the activities planned along the way, to the various transfers to and from boats, airports, etc. Christina was on top of the overall plan from start to finish, including adjustments due to weather, road conditions, and the like.
